Integrated Technical Service Network Platform Design for Automatic Rail Weighbridge

目前,自动轨道衡运行状态及过衡数据缺少有效的远程监控手段,不易发现自动轨道衡运用中出现的问题。随着全国自动轨道衡数量的增多,加之轨道衡检衡车的挂运和自动轨道衡检定的特点,造成自动轨道衡的检定证书出具时效性欠佳。因此,亟需建立供轨道衡用户、生产厂家、检定单位之间沟通的平台。从轨道衡监控、证书管理、用户交流、系统维护等几个方面介绍轨道衡综合技术服务网络平台设计方案,旨在解决实际工作中的自动轨道衡监控和检定中存在的问题。

At present,effective remote monitoring approaches are not sufficient regarding the operating conditions and weighing data on automatic rail weighbridge,difficult to detect problems in the application of automatic rail weighbridge. As the automatic rail weighbridges increase in China,due to the picking-up transport of test vehi-cles for rail-weighbridges and the verification characteristics of automatic rail weighbridges,the verification certificate of automatic rail weighbridge is poor in timeliness. Therefore,it is urgent to establish a platform for communication of rail weighbridge users,manufacturers and verification agencies. The article introduces the integrated technical service network platform design scheme in view of rail weighbridge monitoring,certificate management,user communication and system maintenance,etc.,aiming to solve problems in automatic rail weighbridge monitoring and verification during practical work.
