摘要
目的为了探讨煮沸的饮用水中pH的变化,为人们选择健康喝水方式提供一定的依据。方法用三角烧瓶、不锈钢水煲、不锈钢电热水煲、电热水瓶、紫砂汤粥锅煮沸饮用水,测定不同煮沸时间后饮用水的pH。结果用三角烧瓶、不锈钢水煲、不锈钢电热水煲、电热水瓶、紫砂汤粥锅煮沸饮用水不同时间后pH都升高,且随着煮沸时间增长pH不断升高;5种煮沸方式pH上升速度比较:电热水瓶<紫砂汤粥锅(弱档)<三角烧瓶<不锈钢水煲<不锈钢电热水煲<紫砂汤粥锅(强档);5种煮沸方式中只有电热水瓶煮沸120 min内的饮用水能保持卫生标准正常值范围内,且煮沸30 min后pH变化也平缓。结论电热水瓶煮沸开水饮用是最佳煮水方式,煲汤宜用紫砂汤粥锅(弱档)。
Objective In order to explore the change of pH in drinking water, to provide a certain basis for the masses to choose a healthy way of drinking water. Methods The pH value measured by triangle flask, stainless steel kettle, stainless steel electric water heater, electric thermos bottle, Yixing soup porridge pot 5 ways to boil drinking water for different time. Results With the triangle flask, stainless steel kettle, stainless steel electric water heater, electric thermos bottle, Yixing soup porridge pot 5ways to boil drinking water in different time after pH are increased, and with the increase of pH boiling time increasing; comparison of pH rising rate in 5 kinds of boiling methods : electric hot water bottle 〈 purple sand soup porridge pot ( weak file) 〈 triangle flask 〈 stainless steel water pot 〈 stainless steel electric hot water pot 〈 purple sand soup porridge pot (hot file) ; 5 kinds of boiling methods in only 120 minutes to boil the boiling water bottle of drinking water within the normal range of health standards, and boil for 30 minutes after the pH change is also gentle. Conclusion Electric thermos bottle boiling water drinking boiled water is the best way to use the purple sand soup soup porridge pot( weak file).
