北京市海淀区2015年淡色库蚊种群密度监测和抗药性研究

Investigation of population seasonality and insecticide resistance of Culex pipiens pallens larvae in Haidian District Beijing in 2015

摘要 目的了解北京市海淀区淡色库蚊种群密度变化情况和现场品系淡色库蚊幼虫对5种常用杀虫剂的抗药性水平,为合理选择用药提供依据。方法采用CO_2诱蚊灯法监测淡色库蚊密度,采用幼虫浸渍法测定抗药性水平。结果淡色库蚊2015年全年密度整体呈现单峰曲线变化,高峰出现在7月中旬,密度为3.53只/(灯·h);各种生境中以公园绿地的淡色库蚊年平均密度最高,为2.82只/(灯·h);现场品系淡色库蚊幼虫对高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、仲丁威、双硫磷和敌敌畏的抗药性系数分别为16.40、13.99、2.21、1.90和13.08。结论 7月中旬是北京市海淀区淡色库蚊成蚊密度的最高峰,是防制的关键时间;现场品系淡色库蚊幼虫对高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯和敌敌畏产生了较高的抗药性,而对仲丁威和双硫磷没有产生明显的抗药性。 Objective To understand the change of the Culex pipiens pallens population density and determine the resistance of Culex pipiens pallens larvae to five insecticides commonly used in Haidian District Beijing and provide the evidence for rational insecticides selection. Methods The density of Culex pipiens pallens was monitored by the CO2 mosquito trapping lamps. The resistance was assayed by the method of larvae impregnation. Results The overall density of Culex pipiens pallens showed a single peak curve in 2015. The peak appeared in mid-July and the density was 3. 53/( lamp·h). In a variety of habitats,the annual average density of Culex pipiens pallens was the highest in park and the density was 2. 82/( lamp·h). The resistance index of field collected Culex pipiens pallens larvae to beta-cypermethrin, deltamethrin, fenobucarb, temephos and dichlorvos was16. 40,13. 99,2. 21,1. 90 and 13. 08 respectively. Conclusion The peak of the density of Culex pipiens pallens appeared in mid-July in Haidian District Beijing and mid-July was the key period of prevention. The collected Culex pipiens pallens larvae in Haidian District Beijing have developed obvious resistance to beta-cypermethrin,deltamethrin and dichlorvos while no significant resistance to fenobucarb and temephos.
