摘要
目的了解邯郸市脑膜炎奈瑟菌的常用抗生素的耐药性,并指导流行性脑脊髓膜炎(简称流脑)的防控工作以及临床用药。方法采用E-test浓度梯度法对邯郸市2009-2013年分离的80株脑膜炎奈瑟菌进行12种抗菌药物的敏感性检测。结果 80株流脑膜炎奈瑟对青霉素、氨苄西林、头孢曲松、头孢噻肟、氯霉素和美洛培南等抗生素均敏感,敏感率达100.00%;对环丙沙星、左氧氟沙星的耐药率达95%以上,而对复方新诺明的耐药率达100.00%。并且对阿奇霉素、利福平和四环素都有不同程度的耐药。结论邯郸市分离得到的80株脑膜炎奈瑟菌对青霉素、氨苄西林、头孢曲松、头孢噻肟、氯霉素和美罗培南普遍敏感,而对复方新诺明、环丙沙星和左氧氟沙星有较高的耐药性。部分菌株对一些抗生素具有耐药性,仍需全面监测其耐药性。
Objective To analyze the antibiotic susceptibility of Neisseria meningitides in Handan,so as to provide scientific basis for the control of the disease. Methods The antibiotic susceptibility variation tendency of 80 strains of Nm isolated from healthy carriers to antibiotics were tested with E-test method. Results All of the 80 strains were sensitive to penicillin,ampicillin,ceftriaxone,cefotaxime,chloramphenicol and meropenem,sensitivity rate of 100. 00%; and the rate of resistant to ciprofloxacin and levofloxacin is over 95%,the compound sulfamethoxazole was 100. 00%; but resistant to azithromycin,rifampicin and tetracycline susceptibility of different antmicrobial agents. Conclusion All of the 80 strains were sensitive to penicillin,ampicillin,ceftriaxone,cefotaxime,chloramphenicol and meropenem,but had shown significant higher resistant to sulfamethoxazole,ciprofloxacin and levofloxacin. Detection of resistance of the strains associated with epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis to effective control and prevention of the epidemic.
