环氧乙烷工艺流程模拟及系统分析 被引量:2

摘要 通过采集并处理实际生产的工业数据,基于Aspen模拟软件构建了某厂12万t环氧乙烷装置的全流程模拟,验证模拟结果与实际操作值吻合良好,证明所建立模型的可靠性。基于模拟得到了系统的物料衡算、能量衡算与算和碳排放数据:利用产品系统评价方法,计算得到系统的综合能耗为591.83 kg/t(生产1t产品消耗标准煤量),其中蒸汽热负荷造成的能耗最大,占综合能耗的80.81%;系统总损失为37.77 MW,内部损失为27.41 MW;总碳排放量为88401.0 kg/h(当量二氧化碳),其中,间接碳排放为84937.45 kg/h,直接碳排放为3463.55 kg/h。 In this paper,a complete ethylene oxide process with an annual output of 120000 tons was developed using Aspen Plus based on the practical industry process. The good agreement between the simulation data and the actual data shows that the simulation program was reliable. The mass balance,energy balance,exergy balance as well as the carbon emission data were all obtained. The multi-product evaluation indexes showed that the comprehensive energy consumption was 591. 83 kg/t,of which steam heat accounted for 80. 81% of the total. The results also showed that the whole exergy losses of the process were 37. 77 MW; the internal exergy losses were 27. 41 MW;the total carbon emissions were 88401. 0 kg/h,of which the indirect carbon emission was 84937. 45 kg/h and the direct carbon emission was 3463. 55 kg/h.
