摘要
研究不同车辆甲板设计理念下的汽车滚装船在横浪航行状态下受非对称载荷作用时,发生Racking挠曲变形后的结构强度。以7 800车位的汽车运输船为例,运用有限元软件MSC PATRAN和MSC NASTRAN,分别建立车辆甲板在刚性设计和柔性设计理念下的舱段模型,探讨两种设计理念下船体结构的应力大小、热点区域分布以及挠度变形等,进而比较两种设计理念对结构强度影响的差异。最后总结归纳出两种设计理念各自的优缺点,希望为同类型船舶的设计和建造提供参考和借鉴。
The paper studies the structural strength of car Ro-Ro ships in different deck design concept, when it subjected to asymmetric loads leading to the racking deflection under the conditions of inclined shipping. The paper takes the 7 800 units large PCTC as an example, by using the finite element software MSC'PATRAN and MSC.NASTRAN, building the cabin model of the vehicle deck in the rigid design and flexible design, exploring the stress size, hot spot area distribution and deflection deformation of ship hull structure under two design concepts. Then it compares the difference of the two design concepts to the structural strength. Finally, it summarizes their respective advantages and disadvantages of two kinds of design concept, which hopes to provide reference for the design and construction of the same type of ships.
