摘要
针对某装备的油量控制装置,利用布置在不同位置的6个电感式传感器的信号实现阀件与筒体活塞按软件设定程序动作,达到自动加油和监控的目的;为装置设计和制造专用阀件,依靠软件弥补硬件功能上的不足,并对整个装置按实际工况进行12万次加注油的可靠性试验,结果验证其技术性能稳定不变。该装置已应用到两套某装备中,使用效果符合预期。
For the flow controlling device of certain equipment, the device is able to inject oil and monitor the leakage through making valves and cylinder piston act regularly according to the software program by means of the signals from six inductance sensors at different locations. The special valves are designed and manufactured for the equipment and its insufficiencies in functions of hardware are remedied by the software. The whole device has been done the reliability test for 120 000 times according to real conditions, which verifies the technical performance remains stable. The device has been applied to two sets of certain equipment. The result accords well with expectation.
