摘要
掌握大采高综采采场关键层结构形态及运动型式是分析工作面矿压显现规律的基础。采用理论分析方法,得出了大采高综采采场关键层存在2种结构形态和6种运动型式,并给出了各结构形态和运动型式的形成条件,2种结构形态为垮落带关键层"悬臂梁"结构形态和断裂带关键层稳定"铰接"结构形态,6种运动型式为"悬臂梁"直接垮落式、"悬臂梁"双向回转垮落式、"悬臂梁"二次回转垮落式、"悬臂梁-铰接"结构交替式、"砌体梁"结构运动型式和"短砌体梁"结构运动型式。采用UDEC数值模拟方法验证了各形成条件下的关键层的运动型式,揭示了6种关键层运动型式对采场矿压的影响规律,最后得到了现场实测数据的验证。
To master the structure pattern and moving type of key strata is the basis of analyzing mine pressure in a fully mechanized mining face with large mining height. With the theoretical analysis applied, two structure patterns and six moving types of key strata were put forward, and the forming conditions of structure patterns and moving types were given. The two structure patterns include "cantilever" structure morphology in the caved zone and stable "hinged" structure morphology in the fractured caved zone. The six moving types include "cantilever" directly baggy fall type, "cantilever" hi-directional rotation baggy fall type," cantilever" quadratic rotation baggy fall type," cantilever-hinge" alternating movement type, "voussoir beam" moving type and " short voussoir beam" moving type. The six moving types of key strata in caved zone were verified by the UDEC numerical simulation method, and the different influence laws of the six moving types of key strata in caved zone on the mine pressure were revealed,which were also vecified by the measured data.
