Based on the particularity of maritime majors, combined with the actual situation of author＇s university and the results of questionnaire , the article analysis the factors that influence the changes of employment psychology of the navigation professional students, investigates the status quo of maritime vocational college students, discusses the key points in handling the psychological problems of employment and puts forward some countermeasures.
