越南抱茎茶花瓣及花蕊化学成分分析

摘要 选择5年生红色越南抱茎茶实生苗木为试验材料,对其鲜花花瓣及花蕊中氨基酸、茶多酚、黄酮总量、花青素总量、总生物碱、咖啡碱进行检测。结果表明,总游离氨基酸在花蕊中含量远大于花瓣含量,为花瓣的6.05倍;茶多酚、黄酮总量、总生物碱三者含量差异不大;原花青素在花蕊中的含量远小于花瓣中的含量,仅为花瓣的16.08%;以5 mg/100g为检出限,两者均未检出咖啡碱。 Selecting the five-year-old seedlings of red Camellia amplexicaulis as test materials to detect the amino acid, tea polyphenols, total flavonoids, total anthocyanins, the content of total alkaloids and caffeine in its flower petal and stamen. The results showed that the total free amino acid content in blossom was 6.05 times higher than that in petal. Tea polyphenols, total flavonoids and total alkaloids content were almost the same; anthocyanins in blossom is much smaller than that in petal, only 16.08 % of the petal; caffeine was not detected in both blossom and petal with 5 mg/100 g as the detection limit.
