根际土壤丛枝菌根真菌对重金属积累影响的研究进展

Research Progress on the Effect of AMF on Heavy Metal Accumulation in Rhizosphere Soil

根际土壤丛枝菌根真菌(Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi,AMF)影响宿主植物对重金属吸收主要有三种效应:缓解效应、抑制效应和转换效应;其影响重金属吸收效应与AMF的种类相关,不同AMF种群组合的影响效应会有偏差;同时,植物种类、种植密度和生长环境的差异,也会引起AMF对重金属影响效应的不同。总结根际土壤AMF对重金属影响及应用的研究概况,为开展AMF相关试验提供参考。

Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi （AMF） in rhizosphere soil influencing the absorption of heavy metals in host plant includes three effects： ameliorating effect, inhibition effect and conversion effect; the effect of AMF on the absorption of heavy metal is related to its species, different AMF assemblage has different effect; meanwhile, AMF influences the absorption differently in different plant species, planting density and growing environment. The research profile may provide some references for the relevant experiment on AMF.
