摘要
番茄斑萎病毒能侵染多种作物产生严重病害,对其进行鉴定和检测尤为重要。文章从电子显微技术、血清学技术以及分子生物学技术等三种检测技术对番茄斑萎病毒的鉴定及检测进行了综述,总结出番茄斑萎病毒检测技术目前存在检测成本高,试剂毒性大等问题,同时,病毒无法进行离体培养,限制了研究工作的进一步开展。最后展望了多种检测技术在病毒检测中的应用。
It is very important to detect and identify the tomato spotted wilt virus(TSWV), which can infect many crops and result in serious diseases. This paper summarizes the TSWV detection methods by the technologies of electronic microscope, serology and molecular biology, etc., points out some problems existing in the detection, and overviews the application prospects of the detection technology.
