叶酸纳米给药系统抗肿瘤作用研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 叶酸受体(folate receptor,FR)在多种肿瘤细胞表面高度表达,而在正常细胞表面不表达或低表达,能与特定的叶酸(folic acid,FA)高度特性结合,是肿瘤特异性药物递送的有效靶点。本文对叶酸受体、叶酸及其配体、叶酸纳米制剂内吞作用机制及叶酸纳米制剂抗肿瘤作用进行了综述。 Folate receptor (FR) is frequently over expressed on the surfaces of certain human tumor cells. Con- versely, folate receptor expression in normal tissues is much lower than that in tumor tissues. Folic acid (FA) has high binding affiity to the folate receptors. Folate receptor for folic acid constitute a useful target for tumor-specific drug delivery. The article reviews folate receptors, folic acid and its ligands, the endocytosis mechanism of folic acid nanoparticles and the antitumor effect of folic acid nanoparticles.
