摘要
目的研究鹿药中黄酮类成分的化学结构及其含量。方法采用多种色谱法进行分离,理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定,HPLC法对分离得到的黄酮进行含量测定。结果共分离得到3个黄酮类化合物,HPLC法测得其含量分别为:木犀草素0.186 mg·g^(-1),槲皮素0.158 mg·g^(-1),山柰酚0.297mg·g^(-1)。结论山柰酚为首次从鹿药属中分离鉴定,HPLC法测定3种黄酮类成分,方法简捷,专属性良好,重现性良好,可作为鹿药质量控制的一种方法。
Objective To determine the chemical structure of flavonoids and their contents from Smilacina japonica. Methods Chromatography was used for isolation physicochemical properties and spectroscopic methods were used for structure identification, and HPLC method for content determination. Results Three flavonoids were isolated from Smilacina japonica and their contents were determined as luteolin 0.186 mg·g^-1, quercitin 0.158 mg·g^-1, and kaempferol 0.297 mg·g^-1 by HPLC method. Conclusion Kaempferol has been determined from this plant for the first time. The HPLC method is simple, accurate and reproducible, which can be used for the quality control of Smilacina japonica.
