摘要
The Standardization Law has guided the national standardization work and played an essential role in enabling technological advancement, promoting product quality, setting market order and facilitating international trade since its entry into force in late 1980s. Remaining unchanged for decades, the law as public goods in its special lifecycle has to adapt to new situations with ever-changing factors including politics, economy, culture and so forth.
