采用ICP-MS检测胶原蛋白海绵中铬、铜、砷、镉、汞、铅

摘要 目的:建立用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定胶原蛋白海绵中铬、铜、砷、镉、汞、铅6种元素含量的方法。方法:用微波消解法前处理,电感耦合等离子质谱同时测定胶原蛋白海绵中有害元素。结果:元素的方法检出限范围为0.010~0.092ng/m L,线性关系良好(r>0.997),回收率为85%~110%,RSD小于10%。结论:本方法准确可靠、灵敏便捷,可用于胶原蛋白海绵中多元素的测定。 Objective: To establish a method for the determination of 6 elements,such as Cr, Cu, Cd, As, Hg and Pb, in collagen sponge by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS). Method: The samples were digested by microwave, hazard elements in collagen sponge were determined by ICP-MS simultaneously.Result: The detection limit ranges of elements were from 0.010 to 0.092 ng/m L, the method had good linear correlation(r0.997),and the average recoveries were in the range of 85%~110% with RSD less than 10%. Conclusion: This method is accurate, sensitive, convenient, and can be used to analyse the multielements in Collagen sponge.
