双源CT与冠状动脉造影在冠状动脉狭窄诊断中结果和诊断特点对比 被引量:2

摘要 目的:比较双源CT(DSCT)与冠状动脉造影(CAG)在冠状动脉狭窄诊断中结果和诊断特点。方法:收集2015年3月~2016年5月治疗的128例冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者,均给予DSCT(设为观察组)诊断,并与之CAG(设为对照组)诊断结果比较。结果:对照组轻度狭窄比率39.84%、准确度89.84%、SEN85.94%、SPE 82.03%、PPV 78.91%较观察组32.03%、88.28%、83.59%、81.25%、75.78%略高(P>0.05);重度狭窄比率21.09%、闭塞率3.91%较观察组26.56%、5.47%略低(P>0.05)。结论:DSCT与CAG影像检查技术对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病诊断均有良好应用价值,且重度狭窄和闭塞诊断效果更佳。 Objective: To compare the Results: and features of dual-source CT(DSCT) and coronary angiography(CAG) in the diagnosis of coronary artery stenosis. Methods: A total of 128 patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) who had been receiving treatment in our hospital between March 2015 and May 2016 were selected. All of these patients were given DSCT for diagnosis(as observation group), the Results: of which were compared with those diagnosed with CAG(as control group). Results: The mild stenosis rate, accuracy, SEN, SPE and PPV in the control group were respectively 39.84%, 89.84%, 85.94%, 82.03% and 78.91%, a little bit higher than those in the observation group, which were 32.03%, 88.28%, 83.59%, 81.25% and 75.78% respectively(P0.05); patients with severe stenosis and those with occlusion accounted for 21.09% and 3.91% in the control group, slightly lower than those in the observation group, which were 26.56% and 5.47% respectively(P0.05). Conclusion: Both DSCT and CAG imaging technology is with good application value in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease, and the diagnosis for severe stenosis and occlusion is more accurate; therefore, it is of significant value to be popularized in clinical application.
