自拟天柏金黄散治疗风湿痹症的临床疗效和安全性

Clinical effect and safety of self-developed Tianbai Jinhuang San in the treatment of wind-dampness arthralgia due to heat-toxicity

目的观察中药外用制剂天柏金黄散治疗风湿痹症(热痹)的临床疗效和用药安全性。方法 2015年1月—12月按照诊疗标准纳入符合要求的风湿痹症(热痹)患者100例。其中,男40例,女60例;年龄20~70岁,平均45岁。随机分为两组,对照组口服来氟米特治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上,每日按时贴敷天柏金黄散。观察两组患者的治疗效果,检测患者治疗前后类风湿因子、C反应蛋白、血沉等指标的变化。比较受试者用药前后的皮肤反应、生命体征的化,并进行实验室理化检查。结果治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组。受试患者在用药期间的生命体征稳定,血常规和肝肾功能中的重要参数在治疗前后无明显变化。结论天柏金黄散在治疗风湿痹症方面有较大优势,在用药周期内无明显不良反应。

Objective To observe and evaluate the clinical effect and safety of Tianbai Jinhuang San in the treatment of rheumatic diseases （wind-dampness arthralgia due to heat-toxicity）. Methods One hundred patients with this rheumatic diseases were enrolled in this study （January,2005 to December,2005）. Among the 100 cases 50 were control group with the Leflunomide treatment,another 50 were as treatment group again treated with Tianbai Jinhuang San based on control group. The clinical effect of two groups was compared. The body temperature, heart rate, respiration, blood pressure, blood routine examination, renal and liver function tests were recorded for the evaluation of safety. Results The clinical effect of treatment group was better than that of control group. There were no change on the body temperature,heart rate,respiration,blood pressure,blood routine examination,renal and liver function tests of all the patients treated with Tianbai Jinhuang San. Conclusion Tianbai Jinhuang San is beneficial and safe to treat above rheumatic diseases.
