骨科创伤术后患者并发下肢深静脉血栓的临床处理

Clinical Treatment of Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Extremities after Orthopedic Trauma

目的：对骨科创伤术后患者并发下肢深静脉血栓（deepveinthrombosis,DVT）临床诊疗进行系统分析.方法：回顾分析2015年5月-2016年5月我院收治47例骨科创伤术后并发DVT患者的临床资料,分析并总结本组患者的临床诊断和治疗干预措施.结果：本组47患者通过系统治疗后,临床总有效率达到95.8%;平均治疗时间为10.2±1.3天;血栓消失时间为9.7±1.2天.结论：对骨科创伤术后患者并发DVT患者应尽早诊断,并进行综合治疗,可取得良好临床效果.
