摘要
目的研究鄂西鹿药的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20等色谱技术进行分离纯化,理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果从该植物中共分离鉴定了8个化合物:槲皮素(1)、二氢槲皮素(2)、木犀草素(3)、山柰酚(4)、β-谷甾醇(5)、胡萝卜苷(6)、henryioside A(7)、henryioside B(8)。结论化合物1~6为首次从鄂西鹿药植物中分离得到。
Objective To determine the chemical constituents of Smilacine henryi. Methods Silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 chromatographic techniques were used to determine the chemical constituent. The chemical structures were elucidated by spectral data. Results Eight compounds were obtained and.identified as quercetin (1), dihydroquercetin (2), luteolin (3), kaempferol (4), fl-sitosterol (5), fl-sitosterol 3-O-fl-D-glucopyrannoside (6), henryioside A (7) and henryioside B (8), respectively. Conclusion Compound 1- 6 have been isolated from the plant for the first time.
