Analytical technologies for illegal adulterated chemical substances in antitussive and antiasthmatic Chinese patent medicines and health foods

通过查阅相关文献和归纳总结,对近年来止咳平喘类中成药和保健品中非法添加化学药物检测技术的研究进展进行综述。止咳平喘类中成药和保健品中非法添加的化学药物主要包括中枢性和外周性镇咳药、肾上腺素受体激动药、平喘药、糖皮质激素类以及抗生素类等。涉及的检测方法包括薄层色谱法、高效液相色谱法、液相色谱-质谱联用技术、薄层色谱与表面增强拉曼谱联用技术、分子印迹固相萃取-液相色谱法、胶体金免疫层析法等。

Domestic and foreign researches on analytical technologies for illegal adulterated chemical substances in antitussive and antiasthmatic Chinese patent medicines and health foods were reviewed. The adulterated chem- ical substances mainly included central and peripheral antitussives, adrenoceptor agonists, antiasthmatic drugs, glucocorticoids and antibiotics. The analytical methods involved thin layer chromatography analysis, high-perfor- mance liquid chromatography analysis, liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry analysis, thin layer chromatog- raphy combined with surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy, molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography, colloidal gold-immunochromatography technology, and so on.
