基于Web of Science的替莫唑胺文献计量分析

Bibliometric analysis of temozolomide based on Web of Science

目的检索Web of Science数据库中有关替莫唑胺文献,并对检索结果进行文献计量分析,为了解替莫唑胺的研究现状提供参考。方法在Web of Science数据库中以"temozolomide"为主题检索词,检索2000年至2016年的文献,利用数据库的分析工具对纳入文献的年份、来源出版物、基金资助机构、国家/地区、机构、作者等内容进行计量分析并分析文献的引文情况。结果本次检索得8078条结果,文献发表量与引文数呈逐年上升趋势;文献主要发表于肿瘤领域的专业杂志;美国、德国、意大利是全球文献发表量前3的国家,我国紧随其后。结论替莫唑胺在胶质母细胞瘤的治疗中有很好的疗效,美国对替莫唑胺的研究处于世界前列,中国与美国相比还存在较大差距。

Objective To investigate the development status of temozolomide, a Web of Science based biblio- metric analysis was performed. Methods Temozolomide was chosen as the term in literature retrieval in Web of Science citation database （2000 -- 2016）. The database analysis tools were used to analyze inclusion publication year, source journal of publication, funding agencies of publication, country/area, institutes, authors and so on. The citations were also analyzed automatically by the database. Results Totally 8078 related literatures were recorded in Web of Science. The total number of publications and citations kept increasing year by year. The articles mainly were published in cancer journals. The United States, Germany and Italy had the largest number of publications, followed by China. Conclusion Temozolomide occupies an important position in treatment of glioblastoma. The United States leads the world in the field, and there is a big gap between China and the United States.
