摘要
目的提高本院合理用药水平,降低不合理的超说明书用药现象发生,保证患者用药安全。方法将超说明书用药现象按照对患者的伤害程度进行分级,并采取相应手段进行干预,利用戴明环管理方法,以半年为1周期,实行2个周期的管理,评价2个循环后的干预效果。结果超说明书用药比例从25%下降到6.11%。结论通过戴明环方法的管理,有效的控制了本院超说明书用药。
Objective To improve the level of rational drug use in our hospital and ensure drug safety for pa- tients. Methods The patients were graded according to the extent of drug harm and intervention method. PDCA management method is used for 6 months, and implemented two-cycle management, and the effect was evaluat- ed after two cycles. Results The off-label drug use was decreased from 25% to 6.11%. Conclusion The off-la- bel drug use is effectively controlled by PDCA cycle management method in our hospital.
