分析了船舶腐蚀现象及危害,综述了有机涂层的防腐蚀机理,重点介绍了石墨烯重防腐涂料、无溶剂低表面处理重防腐涂料、无溶剂快速固化重防腐涂料和高湿态附着耐压重防腐涂料的研究进展,最后展望了船舶高性能防腐涂料的发展趋势。

This article analyzes the corrosion situation and its negative influence on marine, describes the corrosion mechanism of organic coatings, in particular, introduces the research progress in graphene-based heavy-duty anticorrosive coatings, solvent-free low surface treatment heavy-duty anticorrosive coatings, solvent-free fast-drying heavy-duty anticorrosive coatings and high moisture adhesive anti-pressure anticorrosive coatings. In addition, the development trend of high performance anticorrosive marine coatings is given.
