摘要
为解决港口起重机新能源动力大容量高电压锂电池充放电管理问题,提出电池管理系统软硬件解决方案。单片机对电池单体电压、电流和温度等进行采样,将收集到的信号和故障等信息通过CAN总线发送到电池充放电可编程控制器中。根据安时积分算法计算电池剩余电量,并利用软件系统对大容量锂电池进行智能充放电管理,以提高电池的使用安全性、使用寿命和使用效率,降低电池使用成本。
The hardware and software solution of the battery system is put forward to solve the charging and discharging management problems of crane's new energy power large capacity and high voltage lithium battery in the port. The monomer voltage, current and temperature of the battery are collected by the single chip. The collected signal and fault are sent to the battery charging and discharging PLC by CAN bus. The AH integral algorithm is used to calculate the rest electricity of the battery, and the software system is applied to intelligently manage the charging and discharging of the large capacity lithium battery so that the safety, life and efficiency can be improved and the cost can be reduced.
