子宫内膜异位症患者血清CA125、EMAb、ENA-78、EPO、VEGF水平的临床意义

Change of levels of CA125,EMAb,ENA-78,EPO,VEGF in serum of patients with endometriosis and their clinical significance

目的:探讨子宫内膜异位症患者血清糖类抗原125(CA125)、抗子宫内膜抗体(EMAb)、中性粒细胞激活肽-78(ENA-78)、促红细胞生成素(EPO)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平的变化及临床意义。方法:选取2015年4月-2016年10月本院诊治的74例子宫内膜异位症患者作为观察组,并选取67例同期体检的正常健康人群作为对照组。两组均于清晨抽取空腹静脉血取血清,采用ELLSA法测定血清各指标。结果:观察组血清CA125水平为(69.5±12.4U/ml)和EMAb阳性检出率(74.3%)均高于对照组(29.8±6.3U/ml、4.5%)(P<0.05);ENA-78、EPO、VEGF(2.2±0.7ng/ml、10.4±2.7IU/L、184.4±39.7pg/ml)高于对照组(0.9±0.1ng/ml、6.2±0.9IU/L、92.9±26.2pg/ml)(P<0.05)。结论:血清CA125、EMAb、ENA-78、EPO、VEGF与子宫内膜异位症具有密切的关系,探讨这些指标的临床价值,可为子宫内膜异位症的诊断及治疗提供参考。

Objective.. To explore the change of levels of serum carbohydrate antigen 125 （CA125）, endometrial anti- body （EMAb）, neutrophil activation peptide 78 （ENA 78） and erythropoietin （EPO）, vascular endothelial growth fac- tor （VEGF） in serum of patients with endometriosis and its clinical significance. Methods. 74 patients with endometri- osis from April 2015 to October 2016 in Shiyan maternal and child health care hospital of Hubei were selected into study group, and 67 healthy women were selected into control group during the same period. Women in both groups were given serologic examinations using their fasting venous blood in the early morning, and the levels of CA125, EM- Ab, ENA-78, EPO, VEGF in serum were detected by ELLSA. Results.. The level of CA125（69.47±12.35U/ml） and the positive rate of EMAB （74.32%, 55/74）in serum of women in study group were significant higher than those of women （29.77±6.27 U/ml; 4.48% ,3/67 ） in control group （P〈0.05）.The level ENA 78（2.16±0.73ng/ml）, EPO （10.41±2.66IU/L）, VEGF （184.37±39.74pg/ml） in serum of women in study group were significant higher than those of women（0.93±0.12ng/ml; 6.17±0.85IU/Ll 92.89±26.19pg/ml） in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion.. The levels of CA125, EMAb, ENA 78, EPO, VEGF in serum of patients are closely related to endometriosis. Explo- ring the clinical value of these indicators can provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis.
