摘要
以3个引进的勋章菊品种作为试材,采用人工模拟低温环境对其进行胁迫,通过观察各品种的生长情况与测定盛花期成熟叶片的脯氨酸(Pro)丙二醛(MDA)含量,通过其含量的变化作为衡量各品种的抗寒性指标。结果表明:抗寒性强弱为白火焰>鸽子舞>黄火焰,与胁迫处理后植物生长形态特征基本一致,研究结果为勋章菊在苏州地区的引种与栽培管理提供了理论依据。
Putting the leaves of three newly introduced Gazania as test materials and using the artificial simulated conditions of low temperature stress, by observing the growth of each type and measuring the proline (Pro), malondialdehyde (MDA) content of mature leaves in full-bloom stage, the changes of its content are indexes of various varieties hardiness. The results showed the the order of cold resistance of 3 cultivars was‘ White Flame' 〉‘ RED WITH RING' 〉‘ Yellow Flame' , the comprehensive evaluation results are basically identical to plant growth characteristics after stress process, which could provide reference for introduction and cultivation management of Gazania rigens L. in Suzhou.
