摘要 美国红枫是具有极高观赏价值的彩叶树种。为了建立美国红枫无性繁殖体系,探讨美国红枫愈伤组织的诱导,该研究以美国红枫的幼嫩茎段作为外植体,采用75%酒精(20s)、2%Na Cl O(10~15min)消毒,接种于含不同激素种类及浓度的MS培养基上诱导愈伤组织,观察培养结果,为美国红枫后续试验研究奠定基础。研究结果表明:红枫幼嫩茎段作为外植体可以启动愈伤组织的形成;在1/2MS诱导培养基中,BA浓度为0.5mg/L,NAA浓度0.15mg/L的条件下,愈伤组织的诱导率最高。 Acer rubrum is a very high ornamental value of the color tree species. In order to establish the asexual propagation system of Acer rubrum, we discuss the callus induction of American redflower. We used the young stem segments of Acer rubrum as explants and disinfected with 75% alcohol (20s) and 2% NaClO ( 10- 15min).The callus was inoculated oN MS medium containing different hormone types and concentrations, and the culture results were observed. The results showed that the stem segments of red maple could be used as explants to initiate callus formation. In the 1/2MS induction medium, BA concentration was 0.5mg/L and NAA concentration was 0.15mg/L, the induction rate oF injury tissue was the highest.
