980 nm半导体激光切除智齿盲袋临床疗效评价

Clinical curative effect of 980 nm diode laser in removel of wisdom tooth operculum

目的评价980 nm半导体激光切除智齿盲袋的临床疗效。方法对2014年6月至2015年9月中国医学院北京协和医院口腔科收治的125例智齿冠周炎患者,随机分为研究组68例和对照组57例,研究组采用980 nm半导体激光切除智齿盲袋,对照组采用传统手术方法切除。两组患者均在术后1周、1个月、3个月复诊,观察牙龈肿胀、牙龈增生覆盖、冠周炎复发等情况,并根据疗效判定标准判定痊愈、有效、无效的例数,采用Ridit分析进行组间疗效比较。结果经过治疗后,研究组痊愈47例、有效18例、无效3例;而对照组痊愈20例,有效23例,无效14例。经Ridit分析,两组间疗效差异有统计学意义(u=4.613,P<0.05),研究组疗效明显高于对照组。结论980 nm半导体激光技术是一种有效的智齿盲袋切除方法。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of 980 nm diode laser in the removal of wisdom tooth operculum.Methods Totally 125 cases of pericoronitis who were admitted to the Department of Stomatology from June 2014 to September 2015 were randomly divided into study group （68 cases） and control group （57 cases）;the study group was performed the 980 nm diode laser removal of wisdom teeth operculum,while the control group received the traditional surgical excision.One week,one month,three months of follow-up observation were made for the cases to observe the swelling,gingival hyperplasia and pericoronitis.According to the criteria of curative effect,the number of cured and effective and invalid cases was determined,and the curative effect was compared by Ridit analysis.Results After treatment,in study group,there were 47 cases cured,18 case effective and 3 cases invalid;in control group,20 cases were cured,23 cases were effective and 14 cases were invalid.The total curative effect of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant by Ridit analysis （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion The 980 nm diode laser technology is an effective treatment for wisdom tooth operculum removal.
