摘要
在汽油发动机上开展了扭振减振器螺栓力矩超差分析研究。对扭振减振器螺栓力矩进行校核,并分析了扭振减振器螺栓摩擦系数及扭振减振器本体材料属性的影响,对扭振减振器螺栓轴力进行了标定,研究结果表明:螺栓摩擦系数及扭振减振器本身都在合格范围内,扭振减振器螺栓拧紧工艺参数的误差是导致扭振减振器螺栓力矩超差的主要原因。确定合理的扭振减振器螺栓拧紧工艺可以有效避免螺栓力矩超差现象的发生。
The study on torque deviation of torsional vibration damper is carried out on a gasoline engine. In this article,the bolt torque of the torsional vibration damper is checked, and the influence of the bolt friction coefficient of the torsional vibration damper and the material properties of the torsional vibration damper is also been analyzed. The calibration of the bolt shaft force of the vibration damper is adopted too. The results show that the bolt friction coefficient of the torsional vibration bolt are all within the acceptable range, and the error of the bolt tightening process parameters is the main reason of the torque deviation of the torsional vibration damper. Reasonable tightening process can effectively avoid the occurrence of torque deviation.
