摘要
某汽车储能弹簧制动气室出现开裂问题,通过试验测试和结构有限元仿真分析,找到开裂的原因是漏焊点,导致应力集中,强度不足。改进方案通过台架振动试验,满足要求。结果表明,生产过程中的焊接工艺很重要。漏焊点对零件的受力影响很大。
The problem of cracking in the spring brake air chamber,through test and finite element simulation analysis,find the reason is the stress concetration and insufficient strength.the improvement programme through bench vibration test,it should be designed meeting the requirement.Result shows that it is important of the weld procedure in the production process.The solder joints have great influence on the parts.
