The rise of populism and anti-globalization movement has presented the Western system crisis vividly before the world. From the historical point of view, mankind is entering a great transformation and great risk period, the Western system lacks real innovation and has difficulty in adapting to the world changes, leading to "democratic paradox". From the middle-term historical perspective, the world has not yet recovered from the global financial crisis, the Western countries generally have anti- globalization, anti-integration phenomenon, and the economic foundation of the system crisis is shaken. Production mode and lifestyle do not match, and the left-neutral-right pattern of the traditional politics is broken. From the short-term or near history perspective, immigration, religion and integration are intertwined, challenging the identity recognition of the West. The people are no longer bewildered by the "political correctness" of the elite politics, with the new media they continue to express themselves, and demonstrate the power of emotional politics.
