微等离子体联合甘醇酸治疗痤疮表浅性瘢痕的疗效观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察微等离子体联合甘醇酸治疗痤疮瘢痕的临床疗效。方法 60例痤疮瘢痕患者随机分为微等离子体联合甘醇酸试验组及微等离子体对照组,每组30例。微等离子体治疗使用闪耀离子束,每2个月治疗1次;甘醇酸治疗于每次微等离子体治疗后1个月进行,每项各进行3次治疗,全部疗程7个月。治疗结束后2个月随访,采用ECCA评分进行临床效果评价和不良反应观察。结果两组ECCA评分较治疗前均明显下降(P<0.05),试验组ECCA评分较对照组降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微等离子体治疗痤疮瘢痕效果确切,联合甘醇酸治疗后疗效更佳。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of superficial acne scar treated by micro plasma and glycolic acid. Methods A total of 60 patients with superficial acne scar were randomly divided into 2 groups equally. The group one was treated with micro plasma instrument from Israel company(Alma Lasers) with 2 months interval, 1 month after every micro plasma treatment, the treatment of glycolic acid from American Neo Strata was given. The group two was treated with micro plasma instrument only. A course contained 3 times treatments. The clinical efficacy was assessed at the end of 2 months follow-up after the final treatment. ECCA was used to estimate the degree of improvement and adverse effect. Results ECCA of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment(P0.05), and the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P0.05). Conclusion Micro plasma is an effective way to treat acne scar, and the clinical effect and incidence of hypertension is better when combined with glycolic acid.
