各种原因造成的瘢痕,可导致局部外观畸形,功能障碍,给患者生理、心理造成影响,患者一般均有较强的求治愿望。自体脂肪移植技术是瘢痕的修复方法之一,该方法在松解瘢痕的同时,纠正瘢痕的容量缺失。由于脂肪来源干细胞的持续作用,还有利于瘢痕组织及其周围组织的重塑。该文对自体脂肪移植在瘢痕修复中的应用进行综述。

Patients suffered from scars have been seeking for better treatments for reconstructive and cosmetic concerns. Using autologous fat grafting as a treatment for scar correction is a recent application of a historically well-described operation. A review of the literatures demonstrated that the autologous transplantation of fat could correct tissue fibrosis, contracture and deformity. The importance of fat grafting has been emphasized for its ability of regeneration and transformation produced by adipose-derived stem cells.
