微等离子射频联合窄谱强脉冲光治疗浅表性和增生性瘢痕 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨微等离子射频联合窄谱强脉冲光治疗浅表性和增生性瘢痕的临床价值。方法对32例面部和四肢浅表性瘢痕和轻度增生性瘢痕患者,进行微等离子射频治疗,每2个月治疗1次,治疗2~3次后,进行窄谱强脉冲光治疗,每月1次,共治疗2~3次;全疗程结束后3个月对瘢痕进行疗效评价和不良反应评价。结果瘢痕治疗痊愈率12.5%,显效率50%,有效率34.3%,无效率3.2%,总有效率为62.5%,无明显不良反应。结论微等离子射频联合窄谱强脉冲光治疗瘢痕安全有效,不良反应小。 Objective To discuss the clinical value of micro-plasma radio frequency technology combined with dye pulse light(DPL) on scar. Methods A total of 32 patients presented with superficial and hypertrophic scars on face and limbs were treated by microplasma radio frequency technology once every two or three months. After two or three times of micro-plasma treatments, DPL were performed on scar monthly, two or three times totally. Three months after the end of the course, efficacy and adverse effects were evaluated and analyzed. Results 62.5% patients achieved therapeutic effect, 12.5% patients had more than 90% improvement, 50% patients had 60% to 89% improvement, 34.3% patients had 30% to 59% improvement, 3.2% patients had less than 30% improvement, and no obvious side effects were observed. Conclusion Micro-plasma radio frequency technology combined with DPL can be considered as an effective and safe treatment modality for scars with no obvious side effects.
