复方丹参滴丸联合辛伐他汀与单用辛伐他汀治疗冠心病合并高脂血症的疗效比较

A comparative study of combination therapy with Fufang Danshen drop pill and simvastatin and simvastatin alone oncoronary artery disease with hyperlipidemia

目的:探讨复方丹参滴丸联合辛伐他汀与单用辛伐他汀治疗冠心病合并高脂血症的临床效果。方法:将96例冠心病并高脂血症患者以随机数字法分为2组,每组48例。对照组给予辛伐他汀,观察组在对照组基础上给予复方丹参滴丸。治疗前后,对2组患者血脂水平如总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C),心脏功能相关参数如射血分数(LVEF)、每分钟心输量(CO)、心脏指数(CI)、左室舒张末内径(LVEDD)进行检测,并对2组临床治疗效果进行观察。结果:治疗后,2组TC、TG、LDL-C水平显著降低,2组HDL-C水平显著升高(P<0.05);且观察组治疗前后TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C水平变化显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组LVEF、CO、CI水平显著升高,LVEDD水平显著降低(P<0.05);且观察组治疗前后LVEF、CO、CI、LVEDD水平变化显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗总有效率为95.2%,显著高于对照组的87.1%(P<0.05)。结论:复方丹参滴丸联合辛伐他汀可以有效治疗冠心病合并高脂血症,可以改善患者血脂、心脏功能,且效果优于单用辛伐他汀。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Fufang Danshen drop pill combined with simvastatin on coronary arterydisease with hyperlipidemia,and compare with simvastatin alone.Methods：Total 96 cases of coronary heart diseasewith hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into two groups by random number method with 96 cases in each group.Thepatients in the control group were given simvastatin,while the patients in the observation group received additional Fufang Danshen drop pill.Before and after the treatment,the lipid levels（TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C）, cardiac function parameters（LVEF,CO,CI,LVEDD） of both groupswere tested, and the clinical effects of the two groups were observed.Results：After the treatment, TC, TG, LDL-C levelsof the two groups were significantly decreased（P〈0.05）, and HDL-C levels were significantly increased（P〈0.05）;andbefore and after treatment, the levels of TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C levels of the observation group were significantly higherthan those of the control group（P〈0.05）.After the treatment, LVEF, CO and CI of both groups were significantly increased（P〈0.05）, and LVEDD levels were significantly decreased（P〈0.05）; and before and after the treatment, changesof LVEF, CO, CI, LVEDD levels of the observation group were significantly higher than those of control group（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.8%, significantly higher than 86.5% of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Fufang Danshen drop pill combined with simvastatinis effective on coronary artery disease with hyperlipidemia through improve the condition of blood lipid, cardiacfunction and blood rheology parameters.The clinical effect of Fufang Danshen drop pill combined with simvastatin was betterthan that of simvastatin alone.
