摘要
结晶器钢水液位控制由于存在时变、滞后、间隙等非线性特性 ,使得它的控制变得特别复杂 .文中从常规 PID控制出发 ,简述了用常规 PID控制难以取得预期控制效果的原因 .重点研究了采用双级模糊控制器对结晶器钢水液位进行模糊控制的策略 ,并用 C语言编程实现了带有非线性补偿的双级模糊控制算法 .
Because of the nonlinear characters of time varing, lag and clearer, the process of controlling mold steel level is very complex. At first this paper depicts the control mode with traditional PID, and gives the causes, which can't satisfy the expected effect. The emphasis of this paper is to research the fuzzy control mode with two level fuzzy controller, and to compensate the clearer with arithmetic. Simulation results show that the mode and arithmetic are effective. Simulation figures and arithmetic flow chart are given.
