起重船无外部辅助臂架安装调试方法

摘要 以3000t起重驳船为例,介绍建造阶段无辅助臂架安装调试的一种新方法。该方法技术上需要考虑起重船自身起重能力、船坞的承载能力、船体结构强度、臂架调试方案,之后分析方案的可行性。此方案设计能够以更快、更安全、更节省的方法完成起重船的臂架安装和调试工作。 Taking the 3 000 t floating crane as example, an innovation method of installation and testing of crane boom without external assistance during the construction stage of shipbuilding was introduced. Four key points were considered in technical, including lifting capacity of the floating crane vessel, loading capacity of dry dock, strength of hull structure and the schedule for crane boom installation and testing. The practicabihty of the proposed method was judged. This method has been proven to be safer and more efficient for installation and testing for crane boom in 3 000 t floating crane with lower cost.
