液压系统是自升式钻井平台钻井过程的动力源，清洁的液压系统是钻井设备正常工作的重要保障，因此建造过程中的管路清洗工作尤为重要。针对以上特点，考虑理论分析，流体计算，串洗泵选型，流程控制及工装件因素，得出管路清洗过程中最合理的流量需求，探索出一套优质高效的操作方案。

The hydraulic system of jack-up is the power supply of various drilling devices in the process of drilling, clean hydraulic system is an important assurance for drilling equipment to work normally, so that so the pipeline flushing job is particularly important in the process of construction. In view of the theoretical analysis, fluid calculation, series of the flushing pump selection, process control and temporary pipe etc, the most reasonable flow-rate in flushing process was investigated to explore a set of efficient operation proposal.
