Study and Trouble Shooting for Drilling Fluid System Design of CJ46 Drilling Rigs

针对泥浆系统联系着平台上几乎所有的钻井装备，故钻井泥浆系统的设计对平台详细设计的挑战性。从泥浆本身的特性出发，提出几个设计中要认真对待的问题，总结很难规避的错误，提出相应的难点问题解决方法。

The drilling fluid system connects most of drilling equipments on rigs and is much different from normal marine system. The design of mud system is a real challenge for yard detail design job. By analyzing the physical characteristics of mud, the key points and matters needed attention in design of the mud system were discussed, and some solutions were proposed for the difficulties.
