基于就业能力提升的新疆高职院校学生就业工作探索与实践——以新疆应用职业技术学院为例

Exploration and Practice on Employment Work of Students from Xinjiang Vocational College Based on Improvement of Employability—A Case Study of Xinjiang Applied Vocational and Technical College

新疆区位独特,情况复杂。我们根据新疆高职院校的学生特点,以提升学生就业能力为目标,对学生就业工作进行探索与实践:一是通过名师引路,帮助学生树立正确的职业价值观,增强学生的专业兴趣和职业认同;二是以立德树人为根本,通过协同育人,提升学生的人力资本;三是倡导知行合一,培育学生的心理资本;四是开展政、行、校、企合作,开发社会资本,拓宽就业渠道;五是坚持以人为本,强化就业服务。

The exploration and practice, which is based on the characteristics of students from Xinjiang Vocational College, has been carried out on employment work with the goal of improving students＇ employability. Firstly, with the guidance of leading scholars, the right occupational value has been established while both students＇ major interest and occupational identity strengthened. Secondly, by means of collaborative education and unity of knowledge and practice based on people-oriented and moral education, students＇ human capital has been improved. Thirdly, with the combination of knowledge and practice, students＇ psychological capital has been cultivated as well. Fourthly, social capital, as well as employment channels, has been broadened with help of the collaboration between college, government, industry and enterprise. Meanwhile, ＂human-oriented＂ perspective also contributes to strengthening employment service.
