Key Factors of Safety Management Implementation in Construction Site

如何将中国当前系统完善的安全法律制度及安全管理体系标准落实到施工现场安全管理中,减少建筑施工安全生产事故已成为研究热点。本文首先分析了中国建筑工程安全生产管理现状,并从宏观–中观–微观层面提取34个影响施工现场安全管理实施的安全因素。其次,通过问卷调查研究因素的重要程度,基于因子分析提出影响施工现场安全管理实施的最主要挑战——人的因素。基于安全因素重要性的排序分析识别了有助于施工现场安全管理实施的关键因素,即工人的相关安全因素。

How to implement the safety legislation and safety management system in the construction site to reduce the construction accident has become a hotspot. In this paper, the safety management situation of construction industry in China was analyzed and 34 safety factors influencing the implement of safety management in construction site were extracted at macro-medium-micro level, Then, the questionnaire was conducted to research the importance degree of these factors. The most principal challenge has been put forward based on factor analysis ,which is personal factor. The factor about workers were identified to be the key factors which contribute to safety management implement in construction site by ranking correlation.
