摘要
针对建筑施工项目质量管理过程中信息获取单一、沟通反馈不及时、项目各参与方无法协同参与质量控制等问题,本文研究采用现代信息技术获取施工项目全面质量信息,包括采用BIM技术获取建筑实体信息、利用RFID、3D激光扫描等物联网技术获取施工过程信息以及采用本体工程对施工质量规范标准重组得到本体质量知识信息。从信息协同角度出发,通过利用数据仓库技术整合项目中的全面质量信息,构建建筑施工项目质量管理信息协同系统,该系统包括信息采集模块、信息处理模块和信息协同应用模块,以形成施工项目质量数据管理平台,使各参与方基于管理平台协同工作,实现施工项目质量管理的自动化、信息化、可视化。最终,建成以质量为主题的信息数据库,为建筑企业的质量管理提供数据支持。
According to the current situation that the information acquisition during quality management on construction project is single, the information feedback and communication is not timely, and the participants cannot work cooperatively, this paper study acquires comprehensive quality information of the construction project by modern information technology, including the architectural entity information acquired by BIM, the process information of construction project acquired by the internet of things technology, such as RFID and 3D laser scanning, and the quality ontology knowledge information acquired by ontology engineering. From the perspective of the information collaboration, a quality management information collaboration system on construction project on the basis of comprehensive information of the construction project by data warehouse is proposed, including information collecting module, information processing module and information collaboration module. Every participant can work cooperatively based on the quality data management platform, which eventually achieves the real time automation, informatization and visualization of the quality management. Eventually, the information database on the theme of quality is built to help construction enterprises enhance quality management with data support.
