摘要
为了提高劳动效率、增强行业竞争力,先进物流输送装置的研制和应用必不可少。通过研究分析当前温室行业常用物流输送装置,总结其工作方式及不足之处。皮带输送装置精准、高效,但温室空间利用率较低;苗床输送装置是温室关键种植设备之一;悬挂式物流输送装置实现了温室纵横向、无死角输送,但高空作业对温室骨架结构要求较高。本文研制的自动化种植床输送装置优化了温室种植流程,提高了农业设施自动化、机械化、标准化水平。
To improve labor efficiency and enhance the competitiveness of the industry, the development and application of advanced transport had become an indispensable part of modern agricultural production. The main working methods and inadequacy were analyzed and summarized through the introduction of the common transport in greenhouse. Transport device with high automation were developed on the basis of the advanced technology. The belt transport was accurate and efficient, but the space utilization rate was low. Seedbed transport was one of the key technologies of the planting equipment in greenhouse. Despite higher requirements for structural strength, the suspension type of transport realized the vertical and horizontal transport without dead space in greenhouse. The planting bed transport optimized the planting process, and improved the level of automation, mechanization, standardization. It is necessary to develop the advanced transport device in greenhouse to adapt to the development direction of planting industrialization and scale.
