农机深松整地作业监测系统的设计与实现 被引量:2

摘要 针对广东省土地深松补贴工作的有效整地深度和深松面积核查的实际需要,开发一种农机深松整地作业监测系统:采用角度传感器组,通过机械式固定解算算法,提供精确可靠的农机耕地深度数据,测量平均相对误差小于3%;利用高精度GPS,绘制农机作业轨迹,发展基于轨迹的缓冲区面积计算方法,有效识别交叠的作业轨迹和重复作业地块;搭建基于JavaEE分布式深松作业管理服务平台,实现农机耕作情况的远程监控和政府补贴资金的自动计算与核实。 In order to satisfy the actual needs of Guangdong deep subsistence allowance for verification of effective subsoiling depth and area, an agricultural machinery subsoiling monitoring system was investigated. The system was comprised of an agricultural implement terminal and a subsoiling service platform. Tillage depth measurement and position location were carried out by the agricultural implement terminal. And the measurement data were sent to the subsoiling service platform via mobile network. The platform provided supervision and management of subsoiling operation for reasonable subsidy payment. Angle variations of tractor, lower link of hanging device and subsoiling implement were detected using angle sensors. Then tillage depth was solved based on geometrical relationships. Experimental results show the mean relative error is less than 3%, which is acceptable in subsoiling monitoring. Using high precision GPS to draw agricultural machinery trajectory,, based on which a buffer area algorithm was developed. This algorithm can effectively solve the problems of trajectory overlapping, repeat operation, etc. The subsoiling service platform was built using J2EE technology, providing functions of agrieuhural machinery information management, location monitoring, trajectory monitoring, subsoiling quality examination, subsoiling area statistics, subsidy management, tillage depth guide, inspection after work, etc. It is an effective way to resolve the problem of subsoiling subsidy acceptance.
