摘要 "粉尘爆炸"严重威协着一线劳动者的生命安全和企业的财产安全,据统计,我国几乎每年有9~10起不同程度的该类事故。而影响"粉尘爆炸"的主要因素有粉尘浓度和湿度,因此文章以FX3U系列PLC及其模拟量输出输入模块作为研究工具来控制对象的浓度和湿度,保证受控区域内的可燃粉尘浓度处于爆炸极限范围外,同时推广社会企业使用市场主流的PLC应用该领域。与传统祛尘方法相比,利用PLC有着更大的优势,可提供一个更安全的环境进行生产作业。 "Dust explosion" poses a terrible threat to the factory buildings. According to statistics, there are almost 9-10 different levels of this kind of accident in our country almost every year. The main factors affecting "dust explosion" are dust concentration and humidity. Consequently, in this paper, we use the FX3U series PLC and its analog input and output module as a research tool to control the object of concentration and humidity, ensuring the concentration of combustible dust within the explosion threshold. Meanwhile, we encourage the social enterprises to use the mainstream PLC field in market. Compared with the traditional dust removal methods, PLC has a greater advantage, and ultimately provides a safer environment for production operations.
