摘要
我国智慧农业发展要经过智慧农业生态环境建设发展阶段、智慧农业"层次化"形成和发展阶段、智慧农业发展规范与提升阶段。要做好顶层制度设计、加强生态环境系统优化控制和保障、加强智慧农业规划、加强智慧农业投资支持和保障、制定有利于促进智慧农业的政策体系、采用监管与考核相结合的促进措施。
The Wisdom agriculture has three stages development： Wisdom construction and development stage, the ecological environment of agricultural wisdom agriculture ＂hierarchical＂ formation and development stage, the development of wisdom agriculture standard and promotion stage. We should ideologically attaches great importance to the top-level system design, system control and optimization of the ecological environment protection and strengthen agricultural planning, strengthen the wisdom agriculture investment support and protection, and promote the wisdom agriculture by supervision and assessment measures.
