On the Development of Tourism Industry in Hainan Province in the "13th Five-year Plan" Period

经济快速发展提高了居民收入水平,促使居民消费结构发生根本变化,休闲消费所占比重逐年上升,为旅游业发展创造了良好时机。海南省旅游业快速发展,对海南省经济贡献不断增大,成为海南省经济增长的主要驱动力之一。文章分析海南省旅游资源以及旅游业发展现状,探讨"十三五"期间海南省发展旅游业的有利条件,提出"十三五"期间海南省旅游业发展对策:整顿规范旅游市场秩序;优化和调整旅游产业结构,由粗放型向集约型转变;加大旅游产品开发力度,提升旅游景区的环境质量和服务质量;强化市场意识,调整住宿结构,优化旅行社服务;积极引导旅游投资,实现旅游产业的协调发展、整体推进;加大政策扶持力度。

With the rapid development of economy and then improvement of the income level of residents, the residents＇ consumption structure changes, leisure consumption proportion is rising year by year, the development of the tourism industry create a good opportunity. The rapid development of Hainan＇s tourism industry has growing contribution and became one of the main drivers of economic growth. The article analyzes the tourism resources in Hainan province, discuses the favorable conditions. Some countermeasures are put forward： establish and standardize market order; optimize and adjust the structure, shift from extensive to intensive; promote the tourism products, upgrade the quality of the environment and services, strengthen market awareness, adjust the structure of accommodation and optimize the service of travel agencies.
