农村城镇化建设不仅为农业产业化发展提供了市场空间、实现了农业产业的规模化,而且城镇化的聚集也促进了农业产业化,可以说农村城镇化是农业产业化的依托;农村产业化是促进城镇化发展的强心剂,优化农业产业化的工业布局有利于促进城镇化发展、农业产业规模化反作用于城镇化建设及其带来的外部效益有利于促进城镇化发展。因此,我国要加快建立农业产业化利益的分配制度、完善功能齐全的城镇体系、加强农村科普教育与就业培训和优化农业产业结构,促进二者协调发展。

Rural industrialization can promote the development of rural urbanization, the optimization of the industrial layout is conducive to promote the urbanization development of agricultural industrialization, and the scaled agricultural industry can improve the urbanization construction and its external benefit is conducive to the development of urbanization. Therefore, China should set up the distribution of the interests of the agricultural industrialization system, perfect the complete function of the urban system, strengthen rural popular science education and job training and optimize the agricultural industrial structure, and promote the coordinated development.
