在冠心病行冠状动脉成形术或支架植入术中,因为球囊或支架直接进入和损伤冠状动脉,有时难免发生急性并发症,如严重窦性心动过缓、室性心律失常、Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞、急性冠脉闭塞、心包填塞等。通过对24例急性并发症的观察,由于正确判断和密切监护及及时采取合理的抢救措施,均使病人脱离危险。因此,心导管术中加强观察和监护非常重要。

During the coronary angioplasty or coronary - stent placement in the treatment of coronary artery disease, because the balloons or slents directly enters and injures the coronary artery , abrupt complications will take place amazingly sometimes, such as major sinus bradycardia, ventricular arrhythmias, third - degree atrioventricular block, acute vessel closure, cardiac lamponade, etc. We observed 24 cases of these abrupt complications recently however, because of the correct judgement, intensive care and rescue given immediately, all patients were saved.It is very important to momit the patients' conditions during the cardiac calheterization.
